Oversaw the addition of a $15MM third process phase under a time-and-material contract, handling engineering, procurement, safety reviews, and commissioning. Expanded scope to include solar panel installation and tenant improvements, plus a shredding/sampling configuration in Phoenix, AZ.

• Rockwood, TN Biomass Facility (2018–2021): Supported the modification of an existing facility to produce synthetic diesel from biomass using a cellulose-to-hydrogen power system. Provided technical and commercial oversight for EPC contract development, execution, and startup.

• Red Sea Desalination, Saudi Arabia (2018): Delivered three 150K M3/day floating desalination facilities tied to an onshore plant in Jizan. Developed the contracting strategy, assembled the project team, and guided EPC execution planning.

• Angola FPSO Modifications (2008–2017): Led pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design, and procurement for topsides modifications on Kizomba Satellites Phase 1 & 2 FPSOs. Achieved up to 50% local content and earned a 2011 Safety Award, managing budgets exceeding $130MM.
