Mr. Caldwell is an operations and manufacturing expert with 15+ years of experience in industrial production, technology deployment, and project management. As VP of Operations at Camston Wrather, he led the transition of a $56M facility from commissioning to full-scale production, implemented ISO certifications, and optimized workflows for DoD contracts.
Previously, as Director of Manufacturing at Decision Sciences, Dustin managed global deployments of advanced scanning technology for security and defense, improving production yield and reducing costs. His background includes refinery maintenance, facility installations, and risk management in high-hazard environments.
Through Blueshift Pacific LLC., Dustin provides consulting in production scaling, operations optimization, EPC project delivery, and investor milestone validation, helping businesses streamline processes, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency.

Mr. Barwick has 40 years of experience – including corporate engineering management, international operations management, and project sponsorship and management for efforts ranging from new-build floating production, storage, and offloading (FPSO) vessels, refinery modifications, renewable energy facilities and offshore topsides/subsea developments. His core skills include: i) Acquisition and management of offshore field development projects licensed by national governmental oil corporations for execution by international operating companies; ii) Establishing and overseeing joint venture offices in host countries to execute projects that maximize local content and support long-term local infrastructure and staffing development; iii) Management of more than 900 engineers and designers; and iv) Development of projects that utilize a clean energy system to produce synthetic diesel or electrical power from biomass and waste sources.

Prior to joining our team, Gonsalves was consulting for small to mid-sized growth companies including several start-ups after years of corporate executive HR Leadership roles. Gonsalves is a Certified Senior HR Professional, Certified EverythingDiSC Trainer and received her Bachelors degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Business from UCLA.
